Euroform CZ s.r.o. is a company specializing in the production of brick moulds for ceramic industry. Individual moulds are designed and constructed individually based on long-term experience in accordance to the needs of specific customers. Besides the deliveries of new complete moulds and spare parts, we also repair worn moulds. Our deliveries of moulds include their putting into operation in individual plants.

In the course of the production of the moulds we use materials such as

  • Hard chrome

    All functional surfaces of the individual parts of moulds are provided with a layer of hard chrome. The minimal thickness of the chrome layer is 200 µm

  • Tool steel

    Hardness up to 63 HRCC.

  • Technical ceramics

  • Tungsten carbide WC

    Hardness up to 1950 HV

  • Hardox 400-600
